When you send a project brief, this site stores the name, email, optional phone number, company or event name, shoot location and preferred timing, selected services and project notes you provide. A request reference and submission time are also saved.

How your details are used

Your information is collected to review your project and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking, process a payment or subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in this site’s database, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. There is no public directory of inquiries. This site does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Keep it relevant

Please do not include payment card details, driver’s license numbers or other sensitive information in the project notes. Your name, contact details and project information are enough to start a conversation.
